This website is operated by Archonova Systems OPC Private Limited, a company registered in India with its office in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. References to "we", "us" and "Archonova" mean that company.

You may browse and share this site for legitimate business purposes. You may not attempt to disrupt the site, access it by automated means at a rate that degrades service, probe it for vulnerabilities without written permission, or use it to distribute unlawful or harmful material.

Content on this site is provided for general information. Service descriptions, capabilities and regional availability may change without notice.

Nothing on this site is a binding offer. Pricing shown for third-party products is the manufacturer's published list price and is subject to change by that manufacturer. Archonova's own rates are provided in a written quote.

Work begins only once scope, commercials and timelines are agreed in writing. Where a signed agreement, statement of work or purchase order exists, it takes precedence over these terms for that engagement.

Where we source hardware, cloud capacity or software licences on your behalf, the manufacturer's or provider's own terms, warranties and support commitments apply to those products. We pass through those terms and do not extend or replace them.

The Archonova name, logo, site design and content are our property or used under licence. Do not reproduce them without permission.

Ownership of deliverables created during an engagement is set out in the agreement for that engagement. Pre-existing tools, frameworks and know-how used to build a deliverable remain ours unless expressly assigned.

This website is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or reliance on its content. Liability arising from contracted work is governed by the limits agreed in the relevant engagement contract.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless a signed engagement agreement specifies otherwise.
