Business Email

Email that carries your name, not a free provider's.

Professional mailboxes on your own domain, provisioned properly the first time — correct DNS, filtering that actually catches things, clean migration from whatever you're on today, and someone to call when a message doesn't arrive.

Overview

Mailboxes, handled end-to-end.

The unglamorous parts — records, filtering, migration, device setup — are the parts that decide whether email works. So they're the parts we own.

Custom Domain Mailboxes

Addresses on your own domain for every person, role and department — created, named and grouped to a scheme that still makes sense as the team grows.

Spam & Malware Filtering

Inbound filtering tuned against phishing, spoofing and attachment-borne malware, with sender authentication configured so your outbound mail isn't the thing being flagged.

Migration From Existing Providers

Existing mail, folders and contacts moved across with cutover planned around your working hours — so nothing lands in a mailbox nobody is watching.

Shared Calendars & Contacts

Team calendars, shared address books and meeting invites that resolve correctly between colleagues and external recipients alike.

Mobile & Desktop Access

IMAP, SMTP and ActiveSync configured across phones, laptops and mail clients — the same mailbox, consistent everywhere, without per-device guesswork.

Ongoing Mailbox Management

Joiners, leavers, aliases, forwarding rules, quota changes and password resets handled as routine requests rather than an admin task nobody owns.

Need Gmail or Outlook specifically?

This page is straightforward hosted mailboxes on your own domain — standards-based, portable, and managed by us. If your team needs the Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 suites specifically, that's a licensing conversation instead, and we handle that too.

See Licensing for Google Workspace / Microsoft 365

Process

How an email rollout runs.

Mail is the one system a business notices within minutes of it breaking. So the sequence is deliberately conservative.

  1. 01

    Assess

Current provider, mailbox count, domain and DNS state, and any compliance or retention obligations documented before anything is touched.

  2. 02

    Provision

Mailboxes, aliases and groups created, with MX, SPF, DKIM and DMARC published and verified so delivery and authentication are right from day one.

  3. 03

    Migrate

Historical mail and folders copied across, then a scheduled cutover with old and new running in parallel until delivery is confirmed clean.

  4. 04

    Support

Device setup for the team, plus ongoing mailbox administration and deliverability monitoring as staff, domains and volumes change.

Tech stack

What the setup is built on.

Standards-based throughout — nothing that locks your mail into a place it can't be moved out of.
